Hi! I am Alana, the Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) behind With Woman. Did you know that midwife means “with woman”? As a CNM, I come alongside my patients, so they never have to navigate our confusing medical system alone. Every day in our country we are bombarded with mixed messages about health and wellness. It is hard to know what advice to trust and follow for ourselves and our families. I am passionate about sharing sound advice on topics that affect women and their family, so I created With Woman as a way to reach as many women as possible with a message of natural health and wellness.
